Profesional Drinkers Club Merchandise Return Authorization Form

Generally speaking, if you don't like your newly arrived Professional Drinkers Club merchandise, you can send it back. Our return policy is good for 30 days. All merchandise charged and refunded to your credit card from Professional Drinkers Club will show up on your credit card statement as our parent company - "Electronic Design and Doc, Inc". Our general terms are as follows.

RMA numbers are given to you "material unseen" which means: We have not seen your returned merchandise at the time we authorized you to return it. All merchandise must be returned in good "sellable" condition.
Clothing must be in new condition, never worn and never washed.
Refunds are "less shipping" which means we refund you the cost of the products only and not shipping charges.
Returns are shipped back at the customers expense and must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
NO RETURNS with out an RMA number.
Most merchandise is in stock but from time to time we run out. If your order comes in while our stock is depleted, it will be back ordered and then shipped when our new stock arrives (usually 10 to 12 business days.)
